Yield: About 2 cups
1 cup fresh chopped pineapple
2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
1 small jalapeno, seeds removed, chopped
1 small white onion, chopped
3 tbsp lime juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chop fruit and vegetables and combine in a bowl. Add lime juice, salt and pepper, stir and season to taste. Enjoy!
Tips - if you're in a hurry you can use canned pineapple chunks and just slice them in half.
