Watermelon Sangria

Mmm... sangria!

Ingredients:
6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 bottle dry white wine
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup triple sec
1/2 cup simple syrup
3 medium limes, cut into small wedges
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup grapes

Directions:
Place watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Strain juice through a mesh strainer into a large pitcher.  Pour the wine, vodka, triple sec, and simple syrup into the pitcher.  Stir to combine.  Mix the limes, strawberries, and grapes into the sangria. Chill for an hour or so before serving.

Tips:  Mix some fruit into the sangria, and reserve some for the bottom of the glasses.  If this recipe is too strong for you, add lime juice or Sprite to make it more palatable.  Also, depending on the level of sweetness of the watermelon you purchase, you may need to add a tablespoon or so of sugar.  Taste before serving.  Enjoy!
