Boubon Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

Mmm... dessert and hard alcohol, together at last!

2 cups vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup pureed pumpkin
1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 ounces bourbon (I used Jack Daniel's, technically a whiskey but who's complaining?)

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor.  Pour milkshakes into glasses and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and any desired sprinkles on top, then serve.  Yum, creamy and intoxicating!
