Brie Cheese (8 OZ), cut into ½ inch cubes
1 chopped apple, skin removed
1/2 cup slice almonds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dired cranberries
ground nutmeg
Directions:
Combine cheese, nuts, apple, and cranberries and spoon into cups. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
Tips:
The pastry cups can be found in the frozen section of the grocery store - the ones I use are Athens brand and are called mini fillo cups. They are great for all different types of appetizers and desserts - you can pretty much fill them with anything, or substitute pretty much any fruit or nut combination with this recipe.
